No, you can only pay your conference fee with a debit or credit card.

Yes, we will assist you with an invitation letter to the conference if you contact us directly at:

No, except for those limited few, who have already been notified as Sida stipend awardees, we do not provide any additional funding to cover participant conference fees, travel or accommodation.  

No, if you have not received an individualized notification e-mail from us you will not be able to present at the conference. But you are of course still welcome to attend the conference and you can do this by registering to the conference.

For presenters the registration and payment deadline is 31st of August. For those only attending the conference deadline for registration and payments is 30th of September at 11 pm CET. We encourage you to register early to secure your spot, due to limited seating capacity.  

Yes, but specific restrictions apply; Participant cancellations and conference fee reimbursements are only possible until 1st of September. After this date no funds will be reimbursed, unless your cancellation is due to severe illness. If this is the case then you may be eligible for a reimbursement, but only if you can provide a certificate from a medical doctor which certifies the severity of your illness. 

The conference will be held at Medicon Village in Lund. Please observe that DevRes 2024 is an exclusively onsite conference, i.e., participating digitally is not possible.
